To keep your jewellery sparkling and brand new, we suggest following these simple tips:

• Gently rinse with warm water once a week.
• For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives encountering your jewellery: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.
• Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Dual soft jewellery pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with diamonds and gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at info@dualjewellery.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on Sale
• Items purchased during Sales Events

Conditions of Return:

• All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
• The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
