A: We can certainly make it in a size that is not offered in our shop. Please get in touch with us to inquire about the custom size.
Q: How can I determine my size?A: We suggest cutting out a piece of string and placing it on your neck, exactly where you would like the necklace to sit. You should then measure the string with a tape measure and add 1/2 inches for comfort. You can always refer to our sizing guide.
Q: Are your diamonds ethically sourced?A: All the diamonds and gemstones used in all our products are ethically sourced.
Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, Will it tarnish and change color?A: All our products are 14k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.
Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone real or Lab-Created?A: All our Diamonds and Gemstones are completely natural and Earth-mined. We do not sell anything that is not genuine.

To keep your jewellery sparkling and brand new, we suggest following these simple tips:
- Gently rinse with warm water once a week.
- For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives encountering your jewellery: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.
- Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Dual soft jewellery pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with diamonds and gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at info@dualjewellery.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on Sale
- Items purchased during Sales Events
Conditions of Return:
- All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
- The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
